Acer Iconia W510を修理してみた！！ （I tried repairing Acer Iconia W510 !!）
ずいぶん古いタブレットを引っ張り出してきました。
（I pulled out a lot of old tablets.）
いつも色々と購入していますが、実はちゃんと使っています。
（Although I always purchased variously, I actually use it properly.）
今回は2012年にAcerから発売された、Iconia W510です。
（This time it is Iconia W510 which was released from Acer in 2012.）
こちらは以前のブログでも書きましたが、タッチパッドの挙動とバッテリーに難がありました。
（I also wrote about it in the previous blog, but there was a difficulty with the behavior of the touchpad and the battery.）
タッチパッドで操作するとカーソルが飛ぶ。
（When you operate with the touch pad, the cursor flies.）
バッテリーは勝手に減っていく。
（Batteries are decreasing freely.）
これでは使い物にならない・・・
（This will not be usable ...）
一度は分解して直ったと思いましたが、やっぱりダメです。
（I thought that it was disassembled and repaired once, but it is no use after all.）
そこで根本的に直そうと思いました。
（So I decided to fix it fundamentally.）
修理方法は移植です！！
（Repair method is transplant !!）
こんなに古いタブレットなので、中古品を購入。
（Because it is such an old tablet, purchase second hand goods.）
タブレットは壊れていても良くて、キーボード部分だけが欲しい。
（The tablet may be broken, I only want the keyboard part.）
ここから分解です。
（It is disassembly from here.）
底面のネジを外すと簡単にカバーが外れます。
（You can easily remove the cover by removing the screw on the bottom.）
見えているネジとケーブルを外すと、バッテリーとタッチパッドは外れます。
（Remove the visible screws and cables, the battery and the touch pad will come off.）
ケーブルの裏は両面テープが貼ってあるので、剥がすのに苦労します。
（Since the double-sided tape is affixed to the back of the cable, it is hard to peel off.）
ケーブルを断線しないように気をつけましょう。
（Be careful not to break the cable.）
バッテリーとタッチパッドを交換すると、無事に修理完了です。
（After replacing the battery and the touchpad, the repair is successfully completed.）
タッチパッドの挙動は直りました。
（The behavior of the touchpad was fixed.）
バッテリーも普通に充電できます。
（The battery can also be charged normally.）
やっと普通に使えるようになりました。
（Finally it was able to be used normally.）
購入から5年経っています・・・
（Five years have passed since purchase · · ·）
今はWindows10 proにアップデートしています。（Windows8 proにアップデートしてあったので）
（I am updating to Windows10 pro now. (It was updated to Windows8 pro)）
修理してて思ったのですが、交換用の部品が無くても、ケーブルを挿し直すだけで直るのでは？
（I thought that it was repaired, even if there is no replacement part, can you fix it just by inserting the cable again?）
そんな気がしています。
（I feel like that.）
なんとなく、このキーボード部分の部品は、ケーブルが外れやすい。
（Somehow, the part of this keyboard part is easy to detach the cable.）
ケーブルに両面テープが多く使われているので、熱で膨張してケーブルが引っ張られるときに、接続不良が発生するのでは？
（Since double-sided tape is often used for the cable, if the cable is inflated by heat and the cable is pulled, will the connection failure occur?）
また、タッチパッドは静電気を拾っているような気がします。
（Also, the touch pad seems to be picking up static electricity.）
絶縁テープをタッチパッドの裏や筐体と接触しているところに貼ると、直るかも知れません。
（Attaching the insulation tape to the back of the touchpad or where it is in contact with the housing may fix it.）
これなら安く修理できます。
（This can be repaired cheaply.）
同じような症状の人は多いと思います。
（I think that there are many people with similar symptoms.）
もう諦めてしまったのでしょうか？
（Have you already given up?）
どうせ使わなくなったのなら、最後に試してみては如何でしょうか？
