当日は予定どおりの時間にサービスマンが来ました。

私はHDDかチューナーの故障だと思っていました。

内部を開封したときに中を見たので、ちょっとご紹介。

チューナーは3台。

録画はこのHDD1台です。

つまり、1チャンネルでも録画できているので、HDDの故障はない。

BS/CS用と地デジ用です。

結局、D-M470はどこも故障していませんでした。

今回のことで分かったことは、B-CASカードが壊れること。

それにしても、D-M470は無事でした。

修理に至るまでは不満がありましたが、よく考えると購入した店が悪かったような気がします。

設定画面で見るB-CASカードの情報は正常と表示されていても、録画できないことがあります。
