VAIO VGN-CS62をWindows10にアップグレードしてみた！！ （VAIO VGN-CS62 I tried to upgrade to Windows10! !）
Windows10の無償アップグレードは2016年7月29日までです。

今回はSONYのVGN-CS62です。
（This is the VGN-CS62 of SONY.）
2009年に発売された14.1インチの重いパソコンです。
（It is a heavy personal computer of 14.1 inches, which was released in 2009.）
発売時はVISTAがインストールされていましたが、Windows7にアップグレードしています。
（Although the time of launch of VISTA was installed, you have to upgrade to Windows7.）
このパソコンは普通にアップグレードできません。
（This computer can not normally upgrade.）
メーカーが提供するアップグレードプログラムを使う必要があります。
（You need to use the upgrade program provided by the manufacturer.）
多分、ドライバーとソフトが特殊なのだと思います。
（Maybe, driver and software I think special.）
Windows7にアップグレードするときも、このメーカー提供のアップグレードプログラムを使っています。
（Even when you want to upgrade to Windows7, we use this manufacturer's upgrade program.）

ここからWindows10にアップグレードします。
（Upgrade from here to Windows10.）
尚、SONYのアップグレード対象機種からは外れています。
（It should be noted, will not deviate from the upgraded models of SONY.）
では実際にアップグレードをやってみましょう！！

まずはWindows7のアップデートを全て完了させます。
（First to complete all the Windows7 updates.）
この時点でWindows10へのアップグレードの通知がきます。
（Upgrade of the notification to the Windows10 you can at this point.）
他のパソコンと同様に、Windows10にアップグレードしてみます。
（As well as other computers, and then try to upgrade to Windows10.）
ところが・・・
（However···）
途中で止まる。
（It stops on the way.）
24%だったかな？
（I wonder if it was 24%?）
そこでずっと止まります。
（So it will stop much.）
一晩放置しても、変わりません。
（Even if allowed to stand overnight, it does not change.）
外部メモリーのドライバーを削除してもダメでした。
（If you remove the driver of external memory was not good.）

結論を言うと、

通常のアップグレードは無理！！
（The normal upgrade impossible! !）
ではこれで諦めるのか？
（In what you give up with this?）
負けた感じで悔しい。

無理やりアップグレードしてみます。
（Try to force upgrade.）

まずは空のHDDに交換します。
（First and replace it with an empty HDD.）
そのHDDで、Windows7をクリーンインストールします。
（In the HDD, and clean installation of Windows7.）
SONYのアップグレードプログラムは使いません。
（SONY of the upgrade program does not use.）
これで素のWindows7がインストールされます。
（This Windows7 of elements will be installed in.）
この時点で認識しないドライバーがありますが、Windows7のパソコンとしては普通に使えます。
（There is a driver that does not recognize at this point, you can use normally as Windows7 PC.）
この状態からWindows10にアップグレードします。
（Upgrade from this state to Windows10.）
何も問題なし！！
（What also no problem! !）
全く問題なく、アップグレードできました。
（No problem, you can upgrade.）

これでこのパソコンはWindows10のライセンスを入手できましたので、HDDを元のWindows7と交換します。

多分、Windows7が入っているHDDからドライバーをコピーしておけば、Windows10でも認識させることができるのでは？
（Maybe, if you copy the driver from the HDD that contains the Windows7, as it can be made to recognize even Windows10 is?）
認識しないのは、メモリースティックやFelicaだったと思います。
（I do not recognize, I think it was Memory Stick and Felica.）
使わないからそのままでも良いのかも？

ここで分かったのは、Windows10へのアップグレードを邪魔しているのは、HWではなく、SWが原因のようです。

Windows10で使ってみた感じは、Windows7とあまり変わりありません。
（I feel I have used in Windows10 is not Yes much different and Windows7.）
普通に使えるパソコンです。

CPUがCore 2 Duoでも、まだまだ使えますね。
（CPU even Core 2 Duo, you can be used still.）
