すでに既報ですが、東芝の粉飾決算問題で証券取引等監視委員会は、金融商品取引法違反（有価証券報告書等の虚偽記載）行為があったとして、同社に73億7350万円の課徴金納付命令を科すよう金融庁に勧告しました。
