とうとう始まりましたね。
（It has started finally, has not it?）
粉飾決算で経営が悪化している東芝は、業績回復のため、不採算事業のリストラを開始しました。
（For a business recoveries, Toshiba by which management is aggravated by window dressing settlement of accounts has begun the restructuring of the business profit-lessly.）
すでにニュースになっているので、ご存じの人も多いと思いますが、粉飾決算で経営が悪化している東芝は、不採算事業のリストラを開始しました。
（It's newsworthy already, so I think there are a lot of people you know, too, but Toshiba by which management is aggravated by window dressing settlement of accounts has begun the restructuring of the business profit-lessly.）
予定通りでしょうか？

リストラの候補となっているのは、半導体、家電、テレビ、パソコンです。
（It's semiconductor, the home electronics, television and PC to become a candidate for the restructuring.）
この内、社長の出身元である、半導体でリストラが始まりました。
（Among these the restructuring has started with the semiconductor which is origin from the president.）
半導体にも種類があって、今回はセンサーを製造しているロジック部門が対象です。
（There is also a kind in a semiconductor, and the logic section producing a sensor is a target this time.）
大分にある工場で製造しているようです。
（They seem to be producing at the factory in Oita.）
そう言えば、先月の旅行で九州に言ったとき、大分駅前から東芝行きのバスが出ていましたが、あのバスの行き先でしょうか？
（When saying to Kyushu by last month's travel when saying so, a bus for Toshiba had departed from the Ooita station front, but is it the destination of that bus?）
売却先はソニーのようです。
（A buyer seems to be Sony.）
ソニーはセンサーで儲かっていますので、さらに増設するための投資でしょうか？
（I'm making a profit by a sensor, so is Sony the investment to add more?）
お互いの条件が一致しているのであれば良いのですが、ソニーが求めているのが設備と工場だけだとすると、売却後の従業員はどうなるのでしょう？
（The mutual condition should be identical, when the one Sony is asking is only equipment and a factory, what will happen to an employee after sell?）
数年後にはリストラでしょうか？
（Will it be the restructuring several years later?）
大分工場の人は、いつまでも安心できませんね。
（A person of a factory can't be quite relieved forever, can he?）

半導体の次はどこでしょうか？

家電は中国メーカーと提携するような報道ですが、いずれは売却でしょうね。

テレビはすでに実態がないようです。
（There seem to be no realities already for a television.）
海外の製造工場は台湾メーカーに売却済みなので、あとは従業員をリストラするのでしょうか？
（An overseas manufacturing factory is already sold to a Taiwanese manufacturer, so does the restructuring make an employee later?）
パソコンはどうなるのでしょう？
（What will happen to a PC?）
私もdynabookは好きで使っているので、パソコン事業が無くなると、サポートはどうなるのでしょうか？
（I like dynabook and use it, too, so when PC business disappears, what happens to support?）
売却先が請け負ってくれるのでしょうか？
（Does a buyer undertake?）
それとも、ソニーのように、「株式会社dynabook」が出来るのでしょうか？
（Or will "corporation dynabook" be done like Sony?）
パソコン事業は赤字とは言え、シェアは大きいと思いますので、そんなに簡単には売却しないのかな？
（It can be said the deficit and I think the share is big, so doesn't PC business sell so easily?）
でも、半導体からリストラを始めたのは、それ以上のことをやる覚悟にも見えます。
（But the resolution which does any more thing also sees having begun the restructuring from a semiconductor.）
今回のリストラは相当な規模になりそうですが、そんなに多くの失業者が出たら、この国の経済はどうなるのでしょうか？
（This restructuring seems to be the considerable scale, but if the so many unemployed go out, what happens to this national economy?）
石を投げれば失業者に当たりそうです。
（When throwing a stone, the unemployed seem to get.）
東芝の社員は大変だと思いますが、リストラをやるときは、出ていくのも、残るのも大変だと言います。
（A staff of Toshiba thinks it's serious, but when doing the restructuring, I say that it's also serious that it's also left to go out.）
精神的に壊れる前に、早めに行動を起こしたほうが良いのかも知れません。
（Before breaking mentally, it may be the one for which it's better to start action rather early.）
人生の中で、就職は１回ではありません。
（Getting a job isn't once during a life.）
これからの人生を見つめ直す、良いチャンスと思って、会社に流されずに判断して欲しいですね。
（You think as the good chance to look at a future life again, and without being poured into a company, wants you to judge.）
粉飾決算をしたのはほんの一握りの人たちのようですから、殆どの従業員は知らなかったことです。
（Because maybe they're people of just handful that window dressing settlement of accounts was done, most work force is that I didn't know.）
でも、会社は関係のない従業員を容赦なくリストラします。
（But the restructuring makes the employee to whom I have no relation merciless to a company.）
そんな会社には見切りをつけたほうが良いのでは？
（When is it better to give up on such company?）
毎日迫りくる恐怖に震えるより、早く楽になるのも方法のひとつです。
（It's also one of a way to become easy early more than I approach and tremble with reeled fear every day.）

それにしても、とんでもない会社ですね。
（Even though it's an unexpected company, isn't it?）
やっと、粉飾決算の責任追及が始まったようですが、果たして辞職した３人の元社長は責任を取るのでしょうか？

それとも、会社との馴れ合いで終わるのでしょうか？
（Or does it end by a conspiracy with a company?）
株主に追及されているから控訴しているようにも見えますが・・・。
