今回ご紹介するのは、パソコンでPDFファイルを作成するフリーソフトです。

ソフト名は、「PrimoPDF」です。

ダウンロードするとZipファイルが保存されます。

このZipファイルを好きなフォルダで解凍します。

解凍すると、フォルダ内にこのようなファイルがあります。

この中の、「FreewarePrimoSetup.ja.exe」をダブルクリックします。

インストーラが起動します。
（An installer starts.）
使用許諾契約の条件に同意します。

インストール先を決定します。
（I decide about an installation destination.）
「次へ」をクリックします。

ユーザー情報の登録は不要です。

「次へ」をクリックします。

これでインストールは完了です。

このソフトはアイコンから起動するものではありません。

それぞれのソフトの印刷メニューにあります。
（It's on the print menu of the respective software.）

使い方は、WordやExcelで作成したファイルを印刷します。
（How to use prints the file made at Word and Excel.）
この印刷メニューの中に、「PrimoPDF」があります。
（"PrimoPDF" is in this print menu.）
通常は紙に印刷するので、プリンターを選択しますが、PDFファイルを作成するときは、プリンターを「PrimoPDF」に設定します。
（I usually print on paper, so a printer is chosen, but when making a PDF file, a printer is set as "PrimoPDF".）
印刷ボタンをクリックすると、作成するPDFファイルの画質を選択する画面になります。
（When a print button is clicked, it'll be the screen from which image quality of a made PDF file is chosen.）
ここでファイル名や、保存場所も選べます。
（The file name and the preservation location can also be chosen here.）
あとは「PDFの作成」ボタンをクリックすると、PDFファイルが作成されます。
