Macbook airのキーボードを交換しよう！！<Part2> （Trying to replace the keyboard of the Macbook air! ! <Part2>）
MBAを使っていると、一番多いのがキーボードの故障です。
（If you are using the MBA, the most common is the failure of the keyboard.）

□キーボードを外す
（Remove the keyboard）
キーボードは再利用できません。
（Keyboard can not be reused.）
外周はネジで止めてあります。
（The outer periphery is fastened with screws.）
古いMBAは、内側がリベットで固定されているので、無理やり剥がします。
（Old MBA, because the inside is riveted, Strip by force.）
剥がすとこのようになりますので、再利用は無理です。
（Peeled off and it will be this way, re-use is impossible.）
□状態を確認する

ここまでで分解は完了です。

これからの作業はキーボードの状態によって変わります。

部品が再利用できない場合は購入しましょう。

私が購入したのは、キーボードと基板、バックライトシートがセットで6000円くらいでした。
（I have purchased, keyboard and board, backlight sheet was about 6000 yen in the set.）
ネジは1000円で100個入りがあります。
（Screws There are 100 pieces in 1000 yen.）
ヤフオクに出品されています。
（It has been exhibited in the Yahoo auction.）
さて、キーボードがリベットで固定されていた場合、どうやって新しいキーボードを取り付けるのか？
（Well, if the keyboard has been riveted, how to install a new keyboard doing?）
□キーボードを取り付ける
（Attach the keyboard）
まず、リベットで固定されたところを見てみましょう。
（First, let's look at the place that has been riveted.）
古いキーボードを剥がしたときに、リベットが綺麗に外れていると、穴があります。
（When peeling off the old keyboard, when the rivet is out clean, there is a hole.）
リベットが残っていると、リベットの棒が立っています。
（When the rivet is remaining, it stands bar of rivets.）
リベットが綺麗に外れたところはネジが使えます。

新しいネジでキーボードを固定しましょう。

リベットのネジが立っているところは、接着剤で固定します。
（Where the rivets of screws are standing, and secure it with adhesive.）
キーボードを取り付けてからネジで固定できるところは固定して、それ以外は接着剤を使います。
（Where it can be fixed with screws after attaching the keyboard is fixed, and the other will use the adhesive.）
今回購入した接着剤はこちらです。

速乾性で熱に強い。
（Resistant to heat in quick-drying.）
接着剤はすぐに乾くので、少しずつ出しながら塗っていきましょう。
（Since the adhesive is immediately dry, let's paint while out little by little.）
接着剤が乾燥したら、飛び出しているところをカッターでカットします。
（Once the glue is dry, the place where it pops out and then cut with a cutter.）
これでキーボードの取り付けは完了です。
（This completes the installation of the keyboard.）
□シートを取り付ける
（Attaching the sheet）
新しく購入した基板とバックライトシートは一体になっていました。
（Newly purchased substrate and backlight sheet had become integrated.）
フチが両面テープになっているので、キーボードのガイドに合わせながら、元通りに貼ります。
（Because the border is in the double-sided tape, while according to the guide of the keyboard, and stick it on the restored.）
これでキーボードの交換は完了です。
（This completes the replacement of the keyboard.）
交換用の部品があれば、簡単にできます。
（If there is a part of the replacement, you can easily.）
交換のポイントは、リベットで固定されているところは、少しずつ、トップケースから剥がすこと。

トップケースのフレーム（キーとキーの間）が折れないようにしてください。

でも、多少の力は必要です。

キーボードを剥がすときはバリバリと音がして、リベットの皿の部分が飛んでいきます。

キーボードの修理を依頼すると、1万円以上、かかると思います。
