時速500km/hの世界へ （To the world of speed 500km / h）
人は常にスピードを追求します。
（People will always pursue the speed.）
早いことは正義です。

2027年に開業予定のリニア新幹線。
（Linear Shinkansen scheduled to open in 2027.）
その頃には生きているのでしょうか？
（Do you live in that time?）
生きている間には乗ってみたいですね。
（I'd like to ride in while you are alive.）
「リニア新幹線」
（"Linear Shinkansen"）
現在は山梨県にあるリニア見学センターで、試験走行を見ることができます。
（Is currently in the linear tour Center in Yamanashi Prefecture, you can see the test run.）
そこで、リニア新幹線を見に行ってきました。
（So, I went to see the linear Shinkansen.）
見学センターの3Fからは、リニアの試験走行が見れます。
（From the 3F of the tour center, linear of the test run you can see.）
いつも試験コースを往復しています。
（I always back and forth the test course.）
見ているだけだとあまり早いとは思えません。
（I do not think very fast and just looking.）
これで本当に時速500km/h？
（This really speed 500km / h?）
上のモニターを見ると、走行している場所とスピードが分かります。
（Looking at the monitor of the above, location and speed you are traveling you can see.）
時速500km/hになるのは限られた区間だけのようです。
（To become a speed of 500km / h seems to be only a limited period.）
それでは乗ってみましょう！！
（Let's ride! !）
えっ？
（Huh?）
実はリニア新幹線の試乗に当選しました。
（In fact, I was elected to test drive of the linear Shinkansen.）
ずっと抽選に申し込んでいたのですが、やっと当たりました。
（I much had signed up for the lottery, but was hit last.）
夏休み期間中だったので、もっと混んでいるのかと思いましたが、意外と空いていました。
（Because it was during the summer vacation period, I thought what are crowded more, but was surprisingly empty.）
まずはボディーチェック。
（First body check.）
ゲートを通ります。
（Pass through the gate.）
そして荷物検査。
（And luggage inspection.）
搭乗券発券。
（Boarding ticketing.）
こちらが搭乗券です。
（Here is a boarding pass.）
こちらの部屋で説明を聞きます。
（Listen to the description here of the room.）
いよいよ搭乗です。
（It is finally boarding.）
こちらが車内。
（Here is the car.）
走行を開始しても、殆どがトンネルの中です。
（It is started traveling, but in most of tunnel.）
車内にはモニターがあって、先頭車両に取り付けられたカメラの映像と、スピードが分かります。
（It is in the car if there is a monitor, and the image of a camera attached to the lead vehicle, the speed you can see.）
このモニターを見ることしかやることはありません。
（We do not do only able to see this monitor.）
走行開始は車輪で走っているので、振動があります。
（Since the running start is running on the wheels, there is a vibration.）
時速150km/hくらいでリニアが浮きます。
（Linear will float in about an hour 150km / h.）
ここから振動と音が殆どなくなります。
（Vibration and sound eliminates almost from here.）
普通の新幹線より揺れが少なく、静かです。
（Less sway than normal Shinkansen, is quiet.）
まずは東京方面に向かって走ります。
（First you run toward the Tokyo area.）
試験コースの端までくると、名古屋方面にバックします。
（When coming to the end of the test course, and then back to the Nagoya area.）
これの繰り返しです。
（This of is repetition.）
時速500km/hに近づくと、さすがに揺れが強くなります。
（Approaches the speed 500km / h, it will be strong indeed sway.）
＊揺れているため、写真もピンボケ。
（＊Because you are swinging, out-of-focus photos.）
耳が詰まった感じになります。
（It will feel the ear is clogged.）
何回か往復していると、試乗は終了です。
（As you back and forth several times, test drive is completed.）
20分くらいは乗ったような気がします。
（About 20 minutes feel like riding.）
乗ってみた感想は、
（The impression I ride,）
「あまり感動はない！！」
（"Not very impressed!"）
「すべてが飛行機と同じ！！」
（"All the same !! the airplane."）
生きている間にリニア新幹線に乗った思い出が残っただけです。
（Only remained memories of riding on the linear bullet train while you are alive.）
でも、このスピードで移動できるようになると、大阪から東京に通勤することもできます。
（But, when it comes to be able to move at this speed, you can also commute to Tokyo from Osaka.）
時速500km/hは確かに早い。
（Speed 500km / h is certainly fast.）
試乗が終わるとリニア新幹線を近くで見ることができます。
（When the test drive is finished you can see the linear bullet train in the vicinity.）
粗品も貰いました。
（Little gift also gave me.）
ちょうどお昼だったので、外のフードコートで食事です。
（Because it was just lunch, it is a meal outside of the food court.）
そろそろ人生が終わりそうな人は、試乗してみてはいかがですか？
