先日の調査報告書の開示、社長の辞任会見と続き、一段落したように見えますが、実は・・・

これからです。

本当の試練はこれからです。

昨日、東芝の不正な会計処理で多額の損失を被ったとしてアメリカの裁判所に提訴した原告の弁護士は、すでに数十人の投資家が訴訟に参加する意向を示しており、今後、集団訴訟に発展するという見通しです。
（He assume that he covered loss of a large amount with unjust accounting procedure of Toshiba yesterday, and the plaintiff's lawyer who filed a suit shows the will with which tens of investors participate in a suit already to an American courthouse, and it's the perspective which will develop into a class suit from now on.）
当然のことですが、今回の不正会計問題は、日本国内だけの問題ではありません。
（It's a natural thing, but this accounting fraud problem isn't a problem only in Japan.）
株主は世界中にいます。
（A stockholder is in all over the world.）
先日の調査報告書の開示と社長辞任会見で、不安材料はもうないと判断したのか、株価は一気に上がりました。
（The one judged not to have that or the stock price has already gone up a discouraging factor quickly by the other day's elucidation on an investigation report and president resignation interview.）
そんなのは甘すぎる。
（Such one is too superficial.）
東芝が本当に大変なのは、これからです。
（It'll be now that Toshiba is really serious.）
ご存じのように、アメリカは訴訟の国です。
（Like knowing the United States is a country of a suit.）
そして、合理主義でもあります。
（And it's also rationalism.）
損害を被ったと判断すれば、即、訴訟です。
（When judging to have suffered damage, immediately, it'll be a suit.）
そして、集団控訴となれば、その賠償額は膨大な金額となります。
（And when it's a group appeal, its amount of compensation will be the enormous price.）
今回の問題で、国内の処置があまりにも軽く感じたのは、おそらく、今後の海外の動きを予想していたからではないでしょうか？
（Isn't it because future's overseas movement was probably expected, that domestic disposal felt too lightly because of this problem?）
国内外から一斉に東芝を攻撃すると、この会社は体力が持たなくて、本当に倒産してしまうかも知れない。
（Domestic and abroad, that Toshiba is attacked simultaneously, physical strength doesn't last, and this company may go bankrupt really.）
それを回避するためには、国内の処置は軽めにしておいたのではないでしょうか？
（Wasn't the domestic disposal made rather light to evade that?）
本来であれば、粉飾決済であり、上場廃止、経営者の逮捕があっても不思議ではありません。
（When it's original, it's a gilding settlement, and even if there are delisting and arrest of a proprietor, not strange.）
今回の問題発覚後、東芝が今後に備えた異常な額の資金調達をしていたのも、こうなる事態を予想していたからではないでしょうか？
（Isn't it also because the situation it'll be so was expected, that financing of the abnormal price Toshiba had from now on after this problem detection was being done?）
訴訟が長引けば、企業イメージの回復も遅くなりますので、おそらく東芝は、和解するしか道はないと思われます。
（When a suit is prolonged, a recovery of a corporate image also becomes slow, so it seems pathless but Toshiba is probably reconciled.）
そうなると、一説では１兆円を超える和解金が発生するとの報道もありますので、現在の体制での会社を維持することは、もう不可能に近いと思われます。

どうするのでしょうか？
（How is it done?）
赤字の事業には思い切ったことをやらなければ、会社の存続は難しいと思われますので、テレビ事業のように、ブランド名だけを残して、あとは売却となるのでしょうか？
（When not doing a drastic thing in business of the deficit, continuation of a company seems difficult, so you'll leave your name behind like television business, and is the back sell?）
そうなると、テレビ同様、台湾のあの会社が売却先としては有力でしょうか？
（Then is that Taiwanese company strong as a buyer like a television?）
それとも、赤字事業は撤退？
（Or is the deficit business withdrawn?）
いずれにしても、今回の不正会計問題の本番はこれからです。
（Anyway, a performance of this accounting fraud problem will be now.）
本当に東芝が苦しい思いをするのはこれからです。
（It'll be now that Toshiba makes the painful expectation true.）
全く関係のない、東芝の一般社員の人の中には怒りを覚える人もいるかも知れませんが、何とか諦めずに、踏ん張って欲しいですね。
（There may be a person who remembers anger in the person of a general staff of Toshiba to which I completely have no relation, too, but without giving up somehow, I want you to hold on.）
そして、これからの東芝を、自分たちの手で作り直して欲しいです。
（And I want you to reform future Toshiba by the hand.）
