MBAを使っている人には分かりますが、MBAは電源を切ることが少なくないですか？

ここではSMCリセットのやり方を説明します。
（This section describes the way of SMC reset.）
□全てのアプリを終了させる。
（To terminate all of the app.）
□電源を切る。
（The power is turned off.）
□左shift＋control＋optionを押しながら、電源ボタンを押します。
（While holding down the left shift + control + option, press the power button.）
□MagsafeのLEDが、一瞬点滅する。
（LED of Magsafe is, flashing moment.）
□全てのキーから指を離す。
（Release the finger from all of the key.）
□5秒待ってから、電源ボタンを押して電源を入れる。
（From 5 seconds before, turn on the power by pressing the power button.）

注意点として、電源を切るときはファンが完全に止まってから、SMCリセットをすること。
（As a side note, when you turn off the power from the stopped fans in full, to the SMC reset.）
shiftキーは左側を使うこと。
（shift key is to use the left-hand side.）
それぞれの動作には、5秒くらいの間隔を置くこと。
（Each operation, placing the spacing of about 5 seconds.）
Magsafeを見て、LEDが点滅したことを確認すること。
（Look at the MagSafe, to ensure that the LED flashes.）
各キーはしっかり押し込むこと。
（Each key is firmly pushing it.）
これでSMCリセットは成功します。
