不正会計問題をおこなった東芝は、７月２９日付けで、今後の対応を発表しました。
（Toshiba which did an accounting fraud problem announced future's correspondence on July 29.）
その中身とは・・・

①経営トップ等の意識改革
（(1) The reform of sense by which it's for the management top）
②企業の実力に即した予算の策定等
（(2) Decision of the budget in conformity with the ability of the enterprise）
③会計処理基準全般の見直しと厳格な運用
（(3) Reconsideration of bill disposability standard in general and strict practical use）
④取締役会による内部統制（監督機能）の強化
（(4) Reinforcement of an internal control by the board of directors (the director function)）
⑤監査委員会による内部統制（監査機能）の強化
（(5) Reinforcement of an internal control by auditing committee (audit facility)）
⑥社外取締役の増員及び構成員の見直し
（(6) Outside board member's increase in personnel and member's reconsideration）
これだけ？

この問題が風化するまで、どのくらいの時間がかかるでしょうか？

そんなことをやっていると、今の時代、生き残れなくなるのでは？

ところで、一番の稼ぎ頭である、「NANDフラッシュ」の会計については調査がまだのようですが、このままなのでしょうか？

国が守ってくれているのでしょうか？
