私は小さいころから食べていたので、まさか地域限定だとは思いませんでした。
（I was eating from child's time, so I didn't think it was area limitation really.）
マルちゃんで有名な東洋水産株式会社が発売している「塩ラーメン」。
（The "salt Chinese noodles" Toyo Suisan Ltd. famous for"maru-tyann" is selling.）
知っている人は知っている。

（The person who doesn't know doesn't know.）
当たり前ですよね。
（Natural.）
だって、売っている地域が限定だから。
（Because the area which is being sold is limitation.）

時々食べたくなるのに、売っていない。
（Though I'd like sometimes to eat, they aren't sold.）
でも、田舎に帰るとある。
（But when I return to the country, I have that.）
人気ないのかな？と思っていましたが、販売地域が限定だと知ったのは、最近です。
（Is it unpopular? I thought so, but they're these days that I knew that sales territory was limitation.）
なんと、信越、東北、静岡の限定です。
（Surprisingly, it's limitation in Shinetsu, the northeast and Shizuoka.）
半端ですね。

このラーメンが好きな理由は・・・
美味いからです。
（The reason that I like these Chinese noodles...
It's because it's good.）
薄くもなく、濃くもなく、ちょうど良い塩加減。
（The salt seasoning which isn't also thin, isn't also thick and is good exactly.）
シンプルだけど、奥が深い。
（It's simple and profound.）
一度食べると、他の塩ラーメンは物足りなく感じます。
（Other salt Chinese noodles aren't quite satisfactory, and I find to eat once.）

私の作り方は、普通にラーメンを茹でて、生卵を１個入れます。
（My how to make ordinarily boils Chinese noodles and puts in 1 raw egg.）
食べるときはその卵を割って、黄身を麺に付けながら食べます。
（When eating, I crack the egg, and eats while putting yolk with noodles.）
