東芝の不正会計問題で、第三者委員会は「東芝を組織的に不正があったと認定」することが関係者の話で分かりました。
（Because of an accounting fraud problem of Toshiba, a third person committee, "of Toshiba, that there was injustice systematically, authorization", the person concerned's talk showed that it's done.）

本社の経理担当者が虚偽の資料をつくり、監査法人に示して水増しを隠そうとしていたということが、７月２０日に纏める報告書に盛り込まれるそうです。

同事業では、原価を実際より少なく見せかけていたが、東芝の会計監査をしている「新日本監査法人」の担当者が状況に疑いを持ったのに対し、本社の経理担当者はうその資料を示して「原価が安く抑えられているので利益を上げられる」などと説明していたそうです。
