ソニーの家庭用ゲーム機「PlayStation 4」の新型が登場することになりました。

（The latest of a home video game machine of Sony "PlayStation 4" is going to appear.）

新型PS4は現行モデルから軽量化と消費電力低減化を実現し、デザインにも変更が加えられています。

（New-style PS4 achieves weight saving and power consumption reduction from a present model, and change has been also added to the design.）

変更点は、

①現行モデル(CUH-1100)比で10％軽くなりました。

（①It became light 10 % compared with the present model (CUH-1100).）

②消費電力が８％低減しました。

（②The power consumption reduced 8 %.）

③本体上部のHDDベイカバー表面は、本体と同様のシボ加工が新たに施されていて、カジュアルなデザインになっています。

（③A SHIBO process like the body is applied newly, and the HDD bay cover surface of the body upper part is the casual design.）

新型PS4はHDDが500GBで、ジェット・ブラックとグレイシャー・ホワイトの2色展開です。

（HDD is 500GB and new-style PS4 is 2 color development of jet black and glacier white.）

新モデルの型番はCUH-1200となり、希望小売価格は現行モデルから変更なしの税抜き3万9980円で、2015年6月下旬から日本を皮切りに全世界で順次発売予定です。

（The model number of the new model is CUH-1200. The suggested retail price, from a present model, without change, excluding tax, 39,980 yen. It's expected to sell it in sequence at the whole world with Japan as a start from the end of June, 2015.）

さらに、ヨーロッパ地域では容量1TBの新しいPS4「PS4 Ultimate Player Edition」を2015年7月15日から発売することが明らかになりました。
